The 200 Thousand Tons Project
Stretching over 10 hectares of land and investing 200 million Yuan, the company is building an export production base that would manufacture 200 thousand tons of ceramic products. We will develop high quality and high value-added well-known brand ceramics, and also build an international first class industry zone model. The preparations for this project are(have been) finished. At present our company plans to find foreign companies that would be interested in this joint venture. Construction begins in August, 2011 and we schedule that first phase construction is to be completed by May, 2012.
The 10 Tons Resource Base
The warehouse for annually ten tons of raw materials is in its building phase. Once it is built, it would serve three main functions. First, exploitation of aluminum to widen the range of raw materials for ceramic production and lessen the effect of restricted raw materials in this industry. Second, modifying material selection equipment increases the fineness of raw materials and the evenness of synthesized materials to ensure high quality ceramic raw materials. Third, complete product quality control from the start gives our company the freedom to choose raw materials according to the product specifications.
International Development Strategy
Our company has invited professionals and clients within and outside of China to come and visit. They have given us guidance and together we have exchanged academic information. To meet our clients’ specific demands on the products, we have improved our present production equipment, product formula, production process and trained production operators.
